                                                                        CONDITIONS OF GUARANTEE THE PRODUCT QUALITY

                                              (heat exchangers and modules for heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems)

 
 
1.The purpose of the conditions of quality assurance
 
 
 The purpose of the quality assurance conditions of the enterprise-is to provide the consumer with the goods, the quality of which meets the requirements of regulatory documents in the stage of transportation, storage and operation, as well as regulating the relationship with the consumer on quality issues.
 
 
2.Guarantee of the enterprise
 
 
 The manufacturer guarantees the conformity of the systems of the microclimate requirements of standard Ts 228381l7-001:2014 in compliance with the established enterprise rules of operation.
 
Guarantees of the company during transportation and storage:
 
 The company guarantees the compliance of products with regulatory requirements during transportation and storage, provided the transport and storage category x2, GOST 15150. (Canopies or spaces where variations in temperature and humidity are not significantly different from those in the open air. Covered vehicles without artificial heating or cooling, where fluctuations in temperature and humidity are not significantly different from those in the open air).
 
 Warranty period of storage of components and assemblies of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (cooling) is not more than 24 months. from the date of shipment
 
The warranties of the company in the operation:
 
 The enterprise guarantees compliance of production to requirements of standard documentation at operation, on condition of operation on category UKHL2 of GOST 15150,(Value of air temperature moderately cold from+40°C to -60°C, with relative average annual humidity of 75%) taking into account observance of modes of the car.
 
Guarantees of completeness:
 
 Completeness checks of products at the commodity-supporting documentation. Claims to completeness cannot be accepted by the supplier or the producer if from the consumer the notification on incompleteness within 10 days hasn't arrived and production has been accepted and issued.
 
 Warranty period of operation of components and assemblies of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (cooling) supplied for complete set, 5 years.
 
Warranty period of operation and repair:
 
 Guarantee operating time of heat exchangers and modules of systems of heating, ventilation and air conditioning not less than guarantee term and operating time of ATS for which they are intended
 
 The warranty period is calculated from the date of sale of products, if such a period can not be established, the warranty period is calculated from the date of manufacture. Warranty period 20000km mileage car or 12 months from the date of sale, depending on what comes before.
 
 Warranty repair is performed by repair or replacement of the part only from the official dealer or manufacturer within the specified warranty period, according to the defective act.
 
The right to warranty repairs is lost if:
 
- the climate control system is refilled and used on refrigerant, antifreeze other than the recommended;
 
- if the works or inspections are performed by an unauthorized dealer;
 
- the fault is caused by an accident or improper operation of the vehicle;
 
- changed the mode of operation of the car(using the car for racing or sporting events);
 
- making changes to the design of the climate control system;
 
- mechanical or chemical action;
 
- failure is a consequence of a natural disaster (force majeure).
 
Product quality assurance:
 
 Quality of production is guaranteed by the manufacturer (seller) the document on quality or the certificate of conformity.
 
 Compliance of products with the requirements of regulatory documents may be applicable in compliance with the consumer (buyer) modes of storage, transportation, installation, dismantling and operating conditions.
 
Manufacturer and product information:
 
 Information about the manufacturer and the product is available on the product label or in the passport.
 
 
3. Claims of the consumer to quality and completeness of production
 
 
 All claims to quality and completeness of production are accepted only by official dealers or directly by the producer and are regulated according to conditions of the signed contract, the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "on protection of the rights of consumers", and other regulatory legal acts.
 
 If an international Treaty or agreement establishes rules other than those stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the rules of the international Treaty or agreement shall apply.
